We are sustained by the generous contributions of individuals and organizations and are grateful for your support in any amount. This year, our goals include transitioning from volunteer to full-time staffing, launching social prescribing pilots in all 50 states, and planning the first Social Prescribing USA conference (to be held in 2026). Join the Community of Practice
If you are a practitioner of social prescribing, a curious researcher or student, or if you are affiliated with organizations interested in social prescribing projects, we invite you to join our Community of Practice. This group meets monthly to discuss the latest in social prescribing and to network.

Are you a health professional actively involved in social prescribing or looking to start a social prescribing pilot at your affiliated practice? Our health professional champions meet monthly to discuss current projects in hospital systems around the United States and scalable best practices.
