Health Professional Champions
Our Health Professional Champions group is designed to educate and empower health professionals to advocate for social prescribing and increase awareness both within their fields and the general public while promoting clinical excellence, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
The Health Professional Champions group is similar to our Community of Practice as both groups discuss recent research and best practices for implementation of social prescribing. While members of the Community of Practice include students, academic researchers, providers, and representatives from community organizations, the Health Professional Champions group is dedicated to healthcare providers and administrators affiliated with US hospital and healthcare systems.
