We are looking forward to the Canadian Institute for Social Prescribing‘s upcoming conference in Toronto, Advancing Social Prescribing for Health and Well-Being (September 26–27), the very first social prescribing conference held in North America!
We are excited to participate in this international social prescribing conference! We look forward to helping build collective capacity for social prescribing implementation and scaling throughout North America, but particularly in the US.
